Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

The Service allows users to create digital "time capsules" containing audio, images, and other supported content, which can be sealed and accessed at a future time chosen by the user. The timing and availability of such access depend on system conditions and service continuity.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed while signed in. You must use accurate account details and comply with applicable laws when using the service.

3. User Content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload or create in Chronos, including audio, images, titles, and other supported content. You must not use the app for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important content. We do not guarantee permanent storage or retrieval of user content.

4. AI Features

AI-generated content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

5. Notifications

Chronos may send optional push notifications, such as capsule unlock reminders, when device permissions and service availability allow. Delivery is not guaranteed on every device or network condition.

6. Purchases And Subscriptions

Paid features such as Pro access are managed through Apple in-app purchases. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and restoration are subject to Apple’s purchase systems and policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

7. Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features from Chronos at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature stability, or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or guarantee of continued availability.

We do not guarantee that any user content will be available, accessible, or preserved at any specific future date.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronos is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, content access delays, AI inaccuracies, or notification failures.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Chronos if the service is misused, abused, or used in violation of these terms or applicable law. We may also terminate or discontinue the Service at our discretion.
